Even with Spain’s Alex Palou dominating recently, Lundgaard sees a more balanced field in 2026. “There are more cars capable of putting pressure on him and forcing mistakes. Winning is definitely possible.”

He also highlighted the consistency of veterans like Scott Dixon, who continues to deliver strong performances even when starting from the back.
